This camp is open to all local high school students looking to get in shape over the summer for their high school swim season. There will be a balance between technical stroke work and drills, as well as some endurance training to build strength into the season. The camp will be run by the Loras College Swim Staff as well as help and input from each of the high school coaching staffs. This camp will focus on in-water training, however, there may be some days of minimal dryland activities as well.
